Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field support, site visits, and client coordination while ensuring smooth technical operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Visit client sites and provide basic technical support and service assistance.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for issue updates and resolutions.
  • Maintain daily reports of field visits and service activities.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and provide timely feedback.
  • Ensure company equipment and tools are properly maintained.

Requirements

  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a laptop.
  • Should be able to communicate in basic English.
  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to travel for fieldwork.
