Roles & Responsibilities :
- Project Management & Execution;
- Oversee end-to-end execution of all construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety, timelines, and budgets
- Prepare project execution plans, monitor schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
- Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor workmanship, quality control, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth and transparent communication.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all statutory and safety compliance requirements are met at all project locations.
Planning & Resource Management
Prepare manpower, material, and equipment deployment plans as per project needs.Optimize utilization of site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for maximum efficiency.Approve procurement schedules and ensure material delivery aligns with the project plan.Review and approve work orders, vendor bills, and project cost reports.Technical Oversight
Review structural, architectural, and service drawings before execution.Resolve on-site technical challenges and provide guidance to engineers and supervisors.Ensure adherence to construction standards, specifications, and company quality procedures.Drive implementation of value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives.Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and administrative teams to ensure accountability and performance.Conduct regular review meetings with site teams and department heads for progress assessment.Encourage professional development, performance reviews, and team motivation.Maintain coordination between design, procurement, execution, and billing teams.Client Relationship & Reporting
Serve as the single point of contact for clients on project execution matters.Ensure timely communication and transparency with clients on progress, challenges, and deliverables.Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates, issue resolution, and professional conduct.Submit detailed progress and management reports to company leadership at defined intervals.Financial & Administrative ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control project budgets to avoid cost overruns.Support management in tendering, estimation, and budgeting exercises.Review and approve contractor / vendor bills, variation statements, and material reconciliations.Contribute to strategic planning, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.Strategic & Organizational Support
Assist top management in policy formulation, process improvements, and long-term business planning.Ensure consistent implementation of company vision, values, and project management systems.Support business development activities through project performance and client feedback.Represent the company professionally in external meetings, audits, and inspections.Design Oversight
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and service drawings.Ensure design intent is maintained during execution with practical solutions.Validate BOQs and recommend cost-effective design modifications.Sales & Business Coordination
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical inputs.Participate in client meetings and assist in proposals and estimations.Ensure smooth transition of project information from sales / design to execution teams.CTC 6.5L -7L per annum only. B.E Civil
