Manager Position Corporate Resource Center ( Agriculture & Allied Disciplines & Natural Resources & Environment Sciences)

Essential Requirement :

Good Industry Interactions will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporations, coordinating student placements for both undergraduate and postgraduate students at Amity Agricultural and Allied Disciplines , Natural Resources & Environmental Sciences This role will require the individual to organize industry-centric events, attract new recruiters, and foster a proactive environment for students to connect with industry professionals. The Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the placement and industry engagement efforts Agricultural & Environmental Sciences.

Minimum Qualifications

For Agriculture & Allied Disciplines and Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences : Master’s degree / related fields

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Relationship Management :

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements.
Identify, approach, and establish new relationships with potential recruiters to diversify placement opportunities.
Regularly engage with industry professionals to understand their evolving needs and expectations.

Student Placement Coordination :

Collaborate with academic departments to understand the specific requirements and preferences of students.

Act as the primary liaison between students and corporate partners to ensure successful placements.

Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews and connecting with industry representatives.

Industry-Centric Events :

Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.

Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students' industry knowledge and networking opportunities.

Recruitment Outreach :

Develop a comprehensive strategy to attract new recruiters and employers to the campus.

Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential recruiters showcasing the benefits of partnering with AIBS.

Maintain an updated database of industry contacts and organizations.

Data Management and Reporting :

Maintain accurate records of student placements, including success stories and feedback from corporate partners.

Generate periodic reports on placement statistics and industry engagement activities for management review.

Proven experience in corporate relationship management, career services, or relevant fields with a minimum of Six years of experience.

Proposed Salary (CTC) : As per industry standards
