Job Summary :
The Senior Manager – Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple branches within a cluster. The role includes monitoring operations, driving sales growth, ensuring compliance, and providing leadership and support to branch managers to achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor the performance of individual branches and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to branch managers and staff to help them achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement across the cluster.
- Track and analyze sales data and other key metrics to make informed decisions about cluster operations.
- Collaborate with departments such as logistics, finance, and HR to ensure branches are adequately supported and resourced.
- Ensure branches comply with company policies, procedures, and all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and local communities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, motivating teams to perform at their best.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and resolve complex issues.
