Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Monitors and addresses items from the Interface support queue as a level 1 support.
All interface and devices support items.
Assist and educate Levels 1 & 2 Support Specialists.
Documents support items.
Perform interface updates when required.
Interface download and install
Interface setup \ configure
Communication verification
Message configurations
Message mappings
Interface go live testing with interfacing partner
interface implementations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding data-related inquiries and issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports and analyses.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of data-related issues.
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple sources.
Perform data validation and ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop appropriate data models.
Utilize MSSQL Server to manage, query, and analyze large datasets.
Develop and maintain ETL processes, ensuring data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into data warehouses.
Stay updated on the latest SQL Server technologies, healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT codes, HL7), and regulatory requirements.
Apply in-depth knowledge of the US healthcare system, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, to support data analysis and reporting.
Understand and implement data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, in all data handling and analysis activities.
Work with healthcare-related data, including claims data, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical data, to deliver actionable insights.

Additional responsibilities :

Manage assigned implementation projects.

Establish and grow working relationships with interfacing partners.

Participate in meetings and communications of Client Services.

Participate in meetings and communications of Data Services.

Work with HSMS Network Team as needed with hosted clients implementing interfaces.

Maintain working relationships with Product Management and Development to understand Product Planning and goals.
