Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monitors and addresses items from the Interface support queue as a level 1 support.
- All interface and devices support items.
- Assist and educate Levels 1 & 2 Support Specialists.
- Documents support items.
- Perform interface updates when required.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding data-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports and analyses.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of data-related issues.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop appropriate data models.
- Utilize MSSQL Server to manage, query, and analyze large datasets.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, ensuring data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into data warehouses.
- Stay updated on the latest SQL Server technologies, healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT codes, HL7), and regulatory requirements.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of the US healthcare system, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, to support data analysis and reporting.
- Understand and implement data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, in all data handling and analysis activities.
- Work with healthcare-related data, including claims data, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical data, to deliver actionable insights.
