Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Franchisee & Partner Acquisition :

  • Acquire potential new Sub-brokers / Partners for Mutual Fund (SB & IFA).
  • Work on inactive Sub-brokers to make them active.

Sales & Revenue Management :

  • Deliver Mutual Fund (SIP & Lump-sum) and Insurance (LI, GI & HI) targets.
  • Manage 90% of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio.
  • Service & Relationship Management :

  • Ensure 100% service delivery to assigned partners.
  • Conduct SB engagement programs every month.
  • Advise Sub-broker clients on investment ideas based on risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs, etc.
  • Who You Are :

  • Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant experience from the Broking industry.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Outgoing personality and confident when interacting with people of higher seniority.
  • Open to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Willing to take initiative and think creatively.
