We Are Hiring : Manager – General Maintenance Jordan | Classic Fashion Industries Co. Ltd.

Are you an experienced maintenance leader ready to drive reliability and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment? We’re looking for a Manager – General Maintenance to lead our maintenance strategy and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance strategies.

Oversee asset lifecycle management and optimize maintenance systems.

Lead breakdown response and root cause analysis for major failures.

Drive digital transformation through CMMS and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Manage vendor relationships and optimize spare parts procurement.

Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.

What We’re Looking For :

Education : Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience : 12–15 years in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Technical Expertise : Preventive & predictive maintenance, CMMS, root cause analysis, vendor management.

Soft Skills : Leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, and collaboration.

Languages : English & Hindi proficiency.
