Lead ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Mentor and support junior team members through knowledge-sharing and code reviews

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, workflows, and UI components

Drive scripting and integrations using Glide, JavaScript, and APIs (REST, SOAP)

Build and maintain custom Service Portal components (Widgets, Pages, Themes) using SCSS and AngularJS

Deliver ITSM and CMDB solutions involving process design, data modeling, and integrations

Leverage Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities to enhance end-user experience

Required Skills :

8+ years in ServiceNow / ITSM development roles

Strong scripting and integration background (JavaScript, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)

Hands-on Service Portal development experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and lead small technical teams

Nice to Have :

Familiarity with Now Assist features

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-GRC)

Experience with Agile or Scrum-based delivery models
