The Opportunity
The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for leading paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and emerging ad networks. This is a remote, part-time position , designed for high-performing marketers who want flexibility without compromising impact.
Ideal candidates will be analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with the digital advertising landscape—from performance KPIs to audience strategy to platform-specific best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other performance metrics
Analyze campaign data and prepare insights-driven reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and platform-native dashboards
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with audience insights and campaign goals
Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiatives
Stay ahead of platform updates, digital advertising trends, and emerging media tools
Contribute to client strategy sessions and internal brainstorming
Who Should Apply
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Deep understanding of ad targeting, media buying, optimization techniques, and performance analysis
Strong grasp of ad creatives—from formats and specs to messaging strategy
Comfort using platforms such as Google Ads , Meta Business Suite , YouTube Ads , and Google Tag Manager
Experience working in a remote or agency environment with multiple clients
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a client-friendly format
Bonus points for certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
