The Kaziranga Address, a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Assam's pristine wilderness, is seeking a Resort Manager to lead our operations and uphold the high standards of hospitality our guests have come to expect.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a nature-driven setting, and can oversee all aspects of resort management with professionalism, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
• Lead and manage the on-site team to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-centric operations
• Maintain service excellence and consistency in line with the hotel's standards
• Handle bookings, guest correspondence, and OTA platforms with accuracy and responsiveness
• Coordinate with vendors, local service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of services
• Uphold compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Support event and banquet functions at our in-house venue, Sarokri , as needed
