Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to design and implement data-driven solutions. Your role will involve understanding customer pain points, visualizing product flows, and identifying edge cases to solve critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Visualize and deeply understand customer pain points, product flows, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive solutions.

Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to drive product improvements and solve data-related challenges.

Analyze data to inform product decisions, develop roadmaps, and deliver features that enhance user experience.

Define key product metrics, track performance, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.

Foster a strong understanding of user needs and market trends to shape product vision and strategy.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.

3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a product-based company.

Proven experience working as a Product Manager (PM) or Associate Product Manager.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel (both are must-haves).

Experience using Google Analytics to track and measure product performance.

Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and end-to-end product development.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.

Ability to visualize and address customer pain points and develop intuitive product flows.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in operations and supply chain.

Demonstrated ability to think critically, visualize edge cases, and resolve complex product challenges through data insights.
