Telecaller – Image Furnishers

About the Role :

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller who can handle inbound / outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in driving showroom visits and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers and share details about our furniture products.

Handle incoming calls and convert enquiries into qualified leads.

Follow up with interested customers and schedule showroom appointments.

Maintain call logs, customer data, and daily follow-up reports.

Support sales and marketing campaigns by reaching out to targeted customers.

Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, and offers.

Requirements :

0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English preferred.

Pleasant tone, polite behaviour, and strong persuasion skills.

Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain customer data properly.

Basic computer / Excel / WhatsApp knowledge.

Target-driven and quick learner.
