Position : Deputy / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Location : MNRU – Y Junction Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Experience : 3–5 Years (Must have experience in ad agencies and education sector)

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Deputy / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both ad agencies and the education sector, understanding how to blend creative strategies with measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM, Email & Social Media Marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Assist in lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Prepare detailed weekly / monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in ad agencies and education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is preferred.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, team coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.

    • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO preferred.
