Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities:

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow and cash management and company audits
• Prepare regular financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Review, negotiate, advise & execute financial transactions ranging from new business ventures, equity & debt financing, etc
• Responsible for coordination & completion of external audit
• Would be required to visit facilities across India to oversee audit, etc
• Responsible for any other matter relevant to the position as may be determined by the management of the company from time to time

Qualifications:

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 12 -15 years' of finance experience
• Corporate Finance experience
• Qualified and registered Chartered Accountant mandatory
• Experience of working with Big 4 Statutory Audit firms
• Willing to relocate to Chandigarh
• Service Based Industry / Healthcare Experience is a Plus

Remuneration:

• Salary range Rs 24 -26 lakhs PA based on experience
