About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Technical Lead
to spearhead the design and implementation of our
Service Cloud
ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and administrators to build an
Omni Case Management
solution, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices in Salesforce architecture.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead technical solutioning and architecture design for Salesforce Service Cloud projects while overseeing development, configuration and integration efforts
Build and manage a dedicated Salesforce team focused on
Omni Case Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmap, technical strategy, and implementation plans.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI / CD, and release management best practices
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and administrators.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, innovations, and Service Cloud features
Skills & Qualifications :
7–10 years of overall Salesforce technical experience, with deep expertise in
Service Cloud
Proven experience in
solutioning, architecture, and technical leadership
Strong understanding of
Omni-channel
Case Management
, and
Service Console
Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration APIs, and configuration tools
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
