Key Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms such as social media and professional networks
- Craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms for qualifications and relevance
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person as required
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internal platforms
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation
- Send job offer emails and respond to queries regarding compensation and benefits
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast and fulfill future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant for new hires to support their successful onboarding process
