Key Responsibilities
- Produce consistent and high-quality baked goods
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and mise-en-place requirements
- Manage daily inventory and report stock accurately
- Store, package, and label bakery items correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all bakery workspaces
- Participate in daily production meetings and execute assigned tasks
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Handle hot or hazardous baking items with care
Requirements
Education : Diploma in Bakery (mandatory)Training : Industrial training required; on-the-job bakery training preferredExperience : 1.1 – 2.5 years of practical hands-on bakery experienceStrong understanding of Metric and Imperial measurement systemsAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions preciselyComfortable working in hot, humid kitchen environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressureGood verbal and written communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicIntermediate knowledge of bakery operations and mise-en-placeSkills Required
