About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager 2 to lead Growth initiatives at Nykaa Beauty , with a strong charter around New Customer Acquisition, Homepage and mWeb . This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, design and data

You’ll take over critical pods that touch multiple surfaces across app, web, and in app communication channels. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing, site, analytics, design, engineering, business teams and leadership to shape and execute our growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive New User Activation & conversion

• Own the onboarding experience across platforms;

increase signup and registration and provide a high performing first time user experience post install
