Job Title : Salesforce Trainee – Dehradun (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location : Dehradun, India

Company : Rialtes

Rialtes is expanding its Salesforce practice and is looking for passionate freshers / early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Dehradun . Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to and work from Dehradun .

Key Responsibilities

After the training period, you will :

  • Work with senior consultants to configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT activities
  • Help in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and internal reviews
  • Continuously learn and stay updated with Salesforce features and releases

    • Who Should Apply

  • Fresh graduates (B.Tech / B.E – Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT / software (any technology)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ready to relocate and work from Dehradun office full-time

    • Selection Process

  • HR Screening Interview – Initial shortlisting
  • Online Technical / Aptitude Interview – Virtual round
  • In-Person Interview at Dehradun Office – Final round for shortlisted candidates only

    • Only candidates who are ready for in-person joining in Dehradun will be considered.
