Create clear career paths for team members by regular mentoring.

Requirements :

At least 7-12 years of experience in good product-based companies or start-ups.

Strong grasp of scalable web development, streaming, full stack technologies.

Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable setup.

Experience hiring and growing a top-notch engineering team, and scaling the organization.

Skills :

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in developing, designing & scaling complex systems.
