MIRA3D is a software suite that encompasses various tools for Additive Manufacturing, including Build Preparation, 3D Inspection, Toolpath Generation, Casting Tree / Sprue Planning and Image Search. The suite covers operations like Quotation Generation, Mesh Repair, Boolean operations, Surface Selection, Deviation Analysis, Supports Addition, Nesting, and Slicing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Printing / 3D Scanning Service Engineer at MIRA3D in Mumbai. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a solid understanding of Additive Manufacturing and 3D Scanning concepts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software related to 3D Printing and 3D Scanning, and will be responsible for supporting our customers, testing new software releases, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Customer Support and Demonstrations :

• Assist customers with software demos, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our software solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
