About the Role :

We are hiring a Network Operations Engineer to monitor, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role includes proactive monitoring, incident triage, coordination with L2 / L3 teams, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor network devices, links, and critical services; respond to incidents within SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for RFO.
• Conduct routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Maintain ITSM records (ServiceNow / Remedy), SOPs, runbooks, and KB articles.
• Ensure compliance with security policies during troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
