Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities , ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and labor teams, and managing site documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day on-site project progress.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports , measurement sheets.
• Manage and control site materials and store inventory .
• Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and concerned manager .
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards .
• Report project issues, risks, and progress updates regularly.

Qualifications

Salary Range

Rs. 25,000 / - to Rs. 35,000 / - depending on experience and skillset.
