Job Title :

Senior Manager – Business Development (Solar)

Location : Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Renewable Energy sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

4–8 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in Renewable Energy or related industries.

Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
