Field Sales Representative - KOLKATA

Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell capacitors and electrical goods in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, panel builders, and industrial buyers.
- Generate orders, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct regular field visits to expand customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across retail and trade outlets.
- Implement promotional activities, trade schemes, and marketing initiatives effectively.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and support to clients when required.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and new technologies in the capacitor segment.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Calcutta and surrounding industrial hubs.
Candidate Profile :
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in the electrical goods industry (capacitors, cables, switches, motors, lighting, or allied products).Strong dealer, distributor, and industrial client handling experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within Calcutta and nearby areas.What We Offer :
