Job description

This position presents an exciting opportunity to explore and learn about the Jewelry & WEFA for the DigITal - International Business Division through the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This is one of the main Mission critical infrastructures for Retail-POS-IBD team and backend operations as per the country specific.

Scope of the role :

Is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services. This role ensures that customers can effectively use OCI services by resolving issues, providing guidance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) to solve practical problems in marketing, finance, and retail.
  • Employ data analysis skills using Python, particularly with libraries like Pandas, to derive insights and inform solution development.
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and existing systems to enhance business functionality.
  • Cloud Guard Threats Remediation
  • Network Monitoring
  • Security Incident Response

    • The right person

    Any Graduate with relevant experience in any one of the following :

  • At least 2 to 5 years of Work Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar domain.
  • Good understanding of Business Process in the IBD DigITal domain.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI and / or Gemini SDKs; practical experience will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Good Documentation skills & Analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Communication in Hindi would be an added advantage.
