Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Job Profile : Position details :
As a key player in the APAC region, with Singapore as the Regional HQ and over 10 branches, you will be responsible for overseeing investment project applications, guiding applicants through the budget application process, and providing guidance and advice to applicants from budget application to project approval.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Governance & Reporting :
Conduct monthly reviews of investment project forecasts, follow up on outstanding items, and prepare consolidated variance analysis and reporting for the APAC region.
Support in tracking adherence to technology governance processes, risk & compliance checklists, and project documentation standards.
Support creation of executive-level reports including MBRs.
Support in conducting periodic data collation and analysis for dashboards (e.g., headcount, vendor performance, financials).
Operational & Project Support :
Maintain and ensure data quality and completeness of the budget, actual and forecast for investment reports.
Ensure data quality and completeness in budget, actual, and forecast investment reports.
Monitor and track system investment budget utilization, assess gaps, and implement measures to optimize utilization.
Support the preparation of finance reports for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc meetings.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders to formalize and implement enhancements.
Provide support for process transformation projects, including the implementation of IT finance budgeting tools.
Stakeholder Coordination :
Act as liaison between delivery teams and senior leadership to ensure timely updates and escalation management.
Assist the Head of Department (HOD) and Line Heads in planning and promoting ASO initiatives.
Maintain internal and external resource rates and act as a liaison for communication between stakeholders.
Support Line Heads in responding to audits and inspections from Head Office, Internal Audit, and External Inspection departments.

Qualifications :
Advanced degree in Finance or related field, preferably with experience in Accounting & Finance, or ACCA with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
Extensive experience in IT Finance management, including budgeting, financial analysis and reporting
Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as a central point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
Proven track record in managing IT investment management as well as coordinating budget applications and monitoring budget utilization
Strong understanding of IT systems and financial software, preferably experience in handling IT finance, project portfolio management related matters.
Require Responsible, proactive, fast learner, hands-on, work independently with less supervision and a “change” mindset

Work Mode : Hybrid – 3 days work in office after confirmation.
