Rotating Equipment Engineer (Design / Detail Engineering)

Position : Rotating Equipment Engineer with A Leading Company in Oil & Gas Sector,

Experience : 5+ years

Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech. - Mechanical

Job Responsibilities :

• Strong experience in design and detail engineering of process / non process Rotary Equipment and Packages, Knowledge of various International Standards, Review of Drawings and Documents Good experience in Rotating Equipment such as pumps, Compressors and Packages, etc., design, detailing, study & review of drawings
• Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents. Ensures that the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained. Familiar with the Quality / HSE Management system and their procedures.
• Ensures timely corrective actions for the identified non-conformities.
• Reviews Client’s documents / contract requirements for proper understanding of requirements for project execution.
• Executes the engineering & design works within budget and schedule.
• Preparation of RFQ for Rotary and package item.
• Review of work done by engineer.
• Preparation of engineering deliverables : Material requisition / Request for Quotation document for Rotary & Package equipment.
• Review and clarification of vendors? offer.
• Interface engineering with other disciplines (Process, Piping, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation).
• Technical bid analysis by aligning technically vendors offer.
