Role : Quality & AI Innovation Lead (5+ yrs exp)

As the Quality & AI Innovation Lead, youll lead the dual charter of AI-driven engineering excellence and Quality Assurance leadership for a 30+ member tech team. This is a high-impact role where youll shape how humans and AI collaborate to deliver scalable, user-centric products trusted worldwide.

What Youll Do :

Lead the AI + QA charter, integrating AI into SDLC to improve velocity and quality
Elevate engineering with software craftsmanship practices (SOLID, TDD / BDD, pair programming, vibe coding)
Own customer delight by ensuring consistent, reliable experiences across digital products
Build and scale automation-first frameworks (web + mobile) integrated into CI / CD pipelines
Mentor engineers on AI-assisted Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams for seamless releases
Define KPIs for product quality, developer productivity, and AI adoption; refine SDLC processes
Run feedback loops and retrospectives to enhance customer and developer experiences

What Were Looking For :

Proven leadership experience, inspiring teams and driving cultural change

Strong foundation in software craftsmanship & clean code practices

5+ yrs in QA / engineering, 2+ yrs leading QA / engineering teams

Expertise with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)

Familiarity with AI-assisted coding / testing tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

Experience in Agile / Scrum workflows & DevOps (CI / CD integration)

Analytical mindset with ability to balance speed & reliability

Excellent written & verbal communication to mentor engineers and influence stakeholders
