What You’ll Do
- Market available consultants (W2, C2C, and 1099) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors .
- Bring leads and network to maximize consultant placement opportunities.
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle — from requirement sourcing to placement closure.
- Coordinate with consultants regularly for marketing updates and engagement.
- Build and maintain vendor and client relationships for continuous business growth.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up until billing begins.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1+ year experience in Bench Sales within US IT Staffing .Proven experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen consultants.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with accountability and professionalism.Existing vendor / client network is a strong plus.What We Offer
