About Punjab Football Club

Punjab Football Club, the pride of North India, has been competing in the Indian Super League since 2023. This role is central to building the foundation of Roundglass Sports’ Football Development and Grassroots Program. You will help shape how young players enter the sport, learn the game, and grow through their early development years. Working with schools, community centers, academies, and local institutions, you will help create the pipeline from which the next generation of footballers will emerge.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about football, youth development, and community engagement. It offers the opportunity to influence how sport is taught, played, and experienced at the grassroots level—while contributing to a larger mission of holistic wellbeing for individuals, communities, and society.

What you’ll do :

Program Implementation & Operations

• Execute the Grassroots & Development Program to expand football participation and strengthen the sport’s presence at the community level.
• Build partnerships with training academies, schools, and other institutions essential for delivering grassroots initiatives.
• Create plans for infrastructure, resource allocation, and capability development to ensure the program is fully equipped and future ready.
