Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance and attitude
• Lead management : generate prospects from showroom walk-ins telephone inquiries and other sources
• Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Conduct test rides and convert prospects into sales
• Address customer queries related to product specifications delivery times pricing finance options and other related topics
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as TR completion percentage sales conversion rate process adherence customer experience and CX rating

Experience : 1 Year of working experience in Automobile Sales Dealership Retail Insurance Finance & Banking preferred Notice Period : Immediate - 10 days Must know 2-wheeler driving and have Driving License Good communication skills Qualification 12th Pass / Graduation / Diploma Exp. Min. 1 Yrs
