Urgent opening for the Client servicing Executive / Manager (Agency Background) in Gurgaon Location. 1-2year experience (agency background preferred)

Manage end-to-end client servicing and relationships to ensure the requirements of the client are being handled.

Get detailed insight into the client's structure, strategies, Products and Marketing plans.

understand the client retainer and non retainer contact terms of trade and Scope.

Be the face of MRJ for the clients and address all the requirements the client may have basis the reatiner or non retainer contract signed.

Ensure timely delivery of the service agreed upon with the client.

Understand and download the client brief, and clearly follow up the charges and updates, if any.

Coordinate with the creative team and other support team within the organization to get the required quality output for the client on time.

follow-up the client road map calendar and take approval in advance to kick off the activities

Ensure weekly and Monthly reviews with the internal team as well as the client to track the progress

weekly / monthly performance updates to the client and the MRJ stake holder.
