About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist who can independently build, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video .

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video.
- Develop data-driven strategies to drive ROAS, conversions, and qualified leads .
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis .
- Optimize campaigns daily—bidding strategies, negative keywords, A / B testing, creatives, and funnel improvements.
- Manage and scale high-budget accounts ($50K+ / month) with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and offline conversions.
- Identify growth opportunities through remarketing, segmentation, and funnel expansion .
- Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure high-converting landing pages and ad relevance.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.Proven ability to manage and scale $50K+ monthly budgets .Strong expertise in Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video campaigns .Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models .Deep understanding of bidding strategies, optimization techniques, and ROI-driven marketing .Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable decisions.Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement) are a strong plus.Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns is preferred.What We Offer
