Possess prior experience in delivering comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects for the Source-to-Pay workstream. Deep knowledge of S2P functional processes.
Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships.
Oversee recruitment processes and provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating best practice documentation, and facilitating internal training and development programs.
