🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for  Freelance Recruiters  who can work with us remotely to deliver top talent for our startup clients. If you’re passionate about recruitment, have a good network, and prefer flexible work with  outcome-based earnings , this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Fynd AI’s account managers to understand client hiring needs.
  • Source and attract candidates  using job portals, , referrals, and personal networks.
  • Screen resumes  and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
  • Present  shortlisted candidates  to the Fynd AI team and coordinate next steps.
  • Ensure a  seamless candidate experience  throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with Fynd AI recruiters and leverage our  AI-enhanced tools  for faster, smarter shortlisting.

🧩 Requirements

  • Prior experience in  recruitment / talent acquisition / HR consulting  (agency or freelance).
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently with  remote tools .
  • A good personal / professional network is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Recruiter, Naukri, or other job portals is an advantage.
