Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries efficiently.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
- Design detailed itineraries with accurate pricing and inclusions.
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and tours.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, vendors, and travel partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.
- Meet sales targets and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Strong passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong closing ability.
- Familiarity with booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Well-organized, detail-focused, and adaptable.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
