Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Urban Designer / Urban Planner with over 7 years of professional experience in urban planning and design projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual, analytical, and visualization skills, along with a deep understanding of planning principles, urban policies, and sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage urban design and planning projects from concept to implementation.
• Prepare master plans, zonal plans, and detailed area plans aligned with local development regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for project approvals.
• Conduct site analysis, land use planning, and urban infrastructure assessments.
• Contribute to urban renewal, TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), and smart city initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports, drawings, and planning documentation.
• Ensure all design and planning outputs meet statutory and sustainability standards.
