Armani Exchange is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead one of our Chennai's EBO. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team and entire store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences that embody the Armani Exchange spirit.
- Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and customer-centricity
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other performance metrics
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of premium retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
