The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing Workday solutions, particularly in building integrations, custom applications, and reports using Workday Extend (Studio, Web Services, and EIB). Required Skills :

1. Workday Extend : Studio, Web Services, EIB, and integrations.

2. Programming : Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript).

4. Database : Knowledge of Workday's proprietary database or similar platforms.

5. Tools : Experience with Workday's development tools and environments.

6. Soft Skills : Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Nice to Have :

1. Workday Certifications : Workday Extend Developer certification.

2. Cloud Experience : Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with Workday.

3. Other Workday Modules : Experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financial Management.
