Education : Master's Degree (preferably in Supply Chain, IT, or Engineering)

Job Purpose

To manage and optimize warehouse (WH) operations through robust support, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM and ECC systems. This includes ensuring high application uptime, maintaining inventory accuracy, enabling automation, and aligning system capabilities with business expectations to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance inventory visibility across multiple WH locations.

Job Context

ABFRL operates in a complex and fast-paced retail environment, with varying warehouse processes across different locations. There is a need for immediate application-level support to maintain operational continuity and elevate WH efficiency through system stabilization, integration, and automation. The role requires both hands-on problem solving and strategic process improvement across SAP EWM / ECC, warehouse infrastructure, and inventory operations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Supporting Actions

Warehouse Application Support & Uptime (EWM & ECC)

• Ensure timely resolution of issues raised by WH teams through active coordination and support.
• Maintain SAP EWM application uptime during WH working hours.
• Respond promptly to emails and calls to reduce downtime and operational impact.
• Support Application Leads in reducing EWM-related disruptions and improving system stability.
