You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our world-class systems ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation / contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Document and track client issues and resolutions to improve future support processes. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in IBM DB2 Database Administration.- Strong understanding of database management principles and practices.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database environments.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM DB2 Database Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
