Growth & Performance Marketing Manager
Location- Goregaon Mumbai (Work From Office)
We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to drive adoption, engagement, and retention across organisation digital ecosystem.
The role blends Growth Marketing, product GTM, and lifecycle management - building scalable marketing engines that connect product value to business growth.
Growth Marketing
- Build and own the full-funnel growth strategy
- Plan, execute & optimise campaigns across owned (email, app, WhatsApp, push) and paid (Meta, Google, X) channels.
- Leverage martech stack (CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Netcore) for journey orchestration, segmentation, and retargeting.
- Partner with analytics to identify growth levers, experiment rapidly, and scale high-performing journeys.
- Drive first-trade activation and reactivation funnels using data-led targeting.
Product Marketing
Lead GTM for new product features and enhancements, drive product adoption.Create positioning, messaging, and communication briefs aligned with client personas (traders, investors, HNIs).Collaborate with Product, Design, and Compliance to deliver high-impact campaigns across digital touchpoints.Manage influencer & PR collaborations to amplify new launches and feature stories.Develop sales enablement content and internal training material for RMs, dealers, and front-line staff.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign effectiveness - from impressions to activation and revenue contribution.Maintain monthly dashboards mapping campaign cost, reach, conversion, and ROI.Build frameworks for continuous optimisation and benchmarking against competition.Key Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing, preferably in broking industryStrong understanding of digital funnels, user journeys, campaign ideation & creation.Understanding on client communication, product positioning & content.Hands-on with martech tools (CleverTap, Netcore, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Firebase).Excellent analytical ability data to decision-making mindset.Strong storytelling and cross-functional communication skills.Comfort with a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
