UX Copywriter

Job Description : Content Writer / UX Copy WriterYour focus : You’ll help us with in-app product content for our smart meeting solutions that help workers conduct meetings more effectively in all stages of the meeting (before, during, and after). You’ll also help us with in-app product content for our knowledge generation solutions, that help workers generate, achieve and reuse content. On a typical day in this role, you might : Work Partner with an interaction designer to craft copy iterate on content for a feature or flowDo a terminology exploration for a new conceptDevelop copy treatments content for a user research study or in-product experimentBring your voice to a design critique of proposed features or scenariosDraft a new entry for our term list and review with the teamObserve a customer studyResponsibilitiesWrite and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy—with brand flairPerform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriateUnderstand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voiceUse multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvementsIdentify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse / repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders.Requirements5+ years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, e-commerce, etc.)Proficient with MS Office productsProficient with editing copy in design software like FigmaPortfolio of writing and content samplesNorth American English fluencyBA / BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary / communication subjectsAdditional qualificationsNatural and inquisitive passion for modern technologyExperience working with Design discipline (interactive, visual, research)Experience with digital content tools / CMSExperience working with customer researchAgency copywriting experienceFlexible, versatile writing across form factors, subject matter, and audiencesSelf-motivated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Candidate Requirements : Years of Experience required 5-8 years.Top 3 must-have hard skills (no soft skills)Experience in UX Writing for interactive productsFluent and Articulate in EnglishWorked on Enterprise Products.
