Generative AI & Workflow Automation Specialist

Role Overview : We are seeking a Generative AI & Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize intelligent workflows that leverage AI for text, code, image, video, and audio generation. The ideal candidate will be able to combine GenAI capabilities with automation tools (such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar) to deliver scalable, creative, and impactful solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to unlock new possibilities in CRM innovation, marketing automation, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI

Build and optimize workflows that leverage AI to generate content across multiple formats (text, images, video, audio, and code).
Experiment with and implement leading AI models and platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Nano Banana, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, Pika, etc.).
Design creative AI-driven solutions tailored to business and client needs.

Workflow Automation & Integrations

Connect AI capabilities with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, custom scripts) for seamless delivery at scale.

Integrate CRMs, APIs, databases, and third-party applications into automated pipelines.

Ensure workflows are robust, scalable, and maintainable with proper error handling and monitoring.

Innovation & Collaboration

Stay updated with the latest in AI models, image / video generation, and automation tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative automation strategies.

Ensure solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with client needs.

Requirements

Core Skills (GenAI)

Proven experience with Generative AI (any combination of text, code, image, video, audio).

Hands-on exposure to AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI / Claude, Nano Banana, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway Gen-2, Veo, Pika, or equivalents.

Strong creative and technical acumen to merge AI outputs into usable, polished deliverables.

Automation & Integrations

1+ years of experience in workflow automation with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and scripting (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred).

Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for custom nodes.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Prior experience in marketing tech, CRM automation, or creative media pipelines.
