Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5–10 field sales executives
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through team performance
- Generate new business opportunities through direct field sales & client meetings
- Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Report daily sales activities and performance updates to management
