WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Designer to join our Creative Production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles, branding, and digital media, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. As a Digital Designer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital assets that engage and inspire our audience.

WHAT YOU OFFER US

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creative design and adaptation of assets / layouts using Adobe Creative Suite ad FIGMA Applications for digital deliverables. You would be working closely with the Studio lead, and Production / Development teams.

Your primary roles and responsibilities will include :

  • Responsible for delivering high quality output while keeping in mind the timelines
  • Interpretation of the designing briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on identified requirements
  • Creation of digital web designs including web pages, email templates, banners, social media creatives etc. from storyboard and conceptualization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity
  • Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability
  • Ensure brand guidelines and QC is being adhered in the creative output- look and feel uniformity, content readability, apt placement of images / icons etc.
  • Translation of requirements into wireframes and mock-ups
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with visual design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work.

    • GREAT TO HAVE

  • 3+ plus years of experience with Digital First approach, showcasing a strong portfolio of digital projects.
  • Knowledge of standard digital design tools – Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Google Web Designer (GWD), and After effects will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and responsive design.
  • Creative agency or creative production background will be preferred.
  • Enthusiasm and perseverance to deliver the best and push yourself until you and your stakeholders, internal and external, are happy with the output.

    Bengaluru – Work from Office- 5 days a week and rotational shift
