Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned and customer-focused Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to partner with our sales team in crafting tailored, value-driven solutions for clients.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills.
You will play a critical role in identifying client needs, designing strategic solutions, and contributing to proposal development that accelerates business Awareness & Internal Collaboration :
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Partner with delivery, product management, legal, and business development teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Provide solution feedback to influence product development and go-to-market Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
- Strong experience designing and presenting enterprise-level IT solutions across industries.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in drafting technical documents, solution architectures, cost estimations, and SOWs.
- The right person will be highly technical and analytical with solution architecture (implementation / consulting) experience.
- Experience architecting or deploying Cloud solutions in enterprise customers.
- Solid and deep understanding of traditional On-premise IT infrastructure and should be able to map to cloud services.
- Participated in RFI / RFP process, developed technical aspects of proposals aligned to customer requirements.
- Engineer complex Bids / RFPs underpinned by service and solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external Responsibilities :
- Understand customer business / technical & commercial expectations.
- Can design solutions to meet the customer's business & commercial needs.
- Do customer presentations and whiteboard sessions to present solutions to customers.
- Evangelize cloud technologies with customers.
- Ability to craft and articulate enterprise wide strategic cloud computing solutions.
- Deep engagement with the sales team for winning opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to deliver solutions as outlined in the proposal.
- Build a technical relationship with delivery teams, prospects, or existing customers to support overall prospect / customer engagement.
- GCP Associate Engineer Certification would be preferred
