Key Responsibilities
Serve as a
strategic talent advisor
by understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies.
Partner with business leaders to provide guidance throughout the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, attraction, assessment, offers, and market insights.
Act as a
recruitment project manager and subject matter expert , ensuring transparent, evidence‑based processes and recommending improvements to enhance the TA function.
Maintain
data quality
and enable on‑demand insights to support informed decision‑making.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in
end‑to‑end talent acquisition , for Finance hiring
Experience in Volume & Bulk hiring for FS sector
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for hiring, stakeholder management, and people engagement.
