Sap Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the enterprise-wide SAP S / 4HANA implementation. This role is critical for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements across various business functions, ensuring the successful design and configuration of the new SAP S / 4HANA system. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the technical implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management : Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional business requirements for the SAP S / 4HANA implementation, focusing on the blueprinting phase.

Process Mapping : Map and document current "as-is" business processes and design future "to-be" processes within the SAP S / 4HANA environment.

Solution Alignment : Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed SAP S / 4HANA solutions and configurations meet documented business requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as a liaison between business users and the implementation team, facilitating communication and consensus on design decisions.

Testing Support : Develop and execute test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution during the realization and go-live phases.

Change Enablement : Assist in the development of training materials and support organizational change management activities.

Data Analysis : Support data migration activities by analyzing and validating data requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on large-scale ERP implementations .

Direct experience on at least one full lifecycle SAP S / 4HANA or ECC implementation project.

Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Strong understanding of core business processes (e.G., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and how they integrate within SAP.

Experience with SAP Activate methodology, particularly the Discover and Prepare / Explore phases.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with S / 4HANA implementations in a relevant industry.

Familiarity with financial integrations, particularly FinTech integrations to SAP.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.G., CBAP) or Agile (e.G., CSM).
